Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec opened the 2011 NHRA Full Throttle Series Pro Stock Motorcycle drag racing season with a victory at the 42nd annual Tire Kingdom NHRA Gatornationals at Gainesville Raceway.

Two former champions, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Andrew Hines and Eddie Krawiec, are set to open the 2011 Pro Stock Motorcycle racing season at the 42nd annual Tire Kingdom NHRA Gatornationals, March 11-13.

Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec was the number-one qualifier and advanced to the final round of Pro Stock Motorcycle eliminations aboard a Harley-Davidson V-Rod at the O’Reilly NHRA Fall Nationals at the Texas Motorplex. Krawiec lost in the finals to Hector Arana, who rides a Buell. Krawiec is now in second place and 27 points behind Arana in the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.
"We ran well all weekend and made it to the final round," said Krawiec. "I’d call that a pretty successful outing for the Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines team.
Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines will open the 2009 NHRA Full Throttle Countdown to the Championship playoffs seeded first and second in the Pro Stock Motorcycle category, as the field of 10 qualified riders was set during the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at O’Reilly Raceway Park.
In the first 12 events of the 2009 NRHA Full Throttle season, Krawiec, the defending Pro Stock Motorcycle champion, rode his Harley-Davidson V-Rod to eight final-round appearances and won four events to lead the series with 1,026 points.
Screamin’ Eagle®/Vance & Hines rider Andrew Hines defeated his teammate, Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec, to win the final round of Pro Stock Motorcycle eliminations at the Fram Autolite NHRA® Nationals at Infineon Speedway. It was the third consecutive all-Harley® V-Rod® final round of the 2009 NHRA season, the second win of the season for Hines and the 17th of his career.
Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec won his third NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle event of the season, defeating his Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines teammate, Andrew Hines, in an all-Harley-Davidson final at the Mopar Mile-High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway. It was the second-consecutive NHRA event to feature both Screamin’ Eagle V-Rods in the final round of eliminations – Hines won when the pair faced off on June 28 in Norwalk, Ohio.
