Here is a list of all motorcycle racers in the different FIM World Championships through history who have clinched five or more FIM World Championship titles, all disciplines combined.

In the case of riders with the same number of motorcycle racing titles, they are listed according to the traditional order established by the FIM (Road Racing, Motocross, Trial, Enduro, Track Racing).
