AltRide Conserve the Ride 2013
Explore your riding community in your own backyard and join AltRider for Conserve the Ride 2013, a gripping weekend adventure on June 7-9 in Central Pennsylvania.
The $225 entry fee gets riders two days of epic off-road riding on private land, five delicious meals, adult beverages, an EnduroCross competition on Seven Mountain Conservations Corp’s (SMCC) custom built track in Spring Mills, Pa., nightly entertainment, and two nights of camping near the largest caves in Pennsylvania.
Proceeds support (SMCC) , a non-profit organization committed to keeping off-road trails open for motorcyclists and other outdoor activities.
This exciting three-day event starts with a scrumptious dinner catered at the Woodward Caves Campground and an EnduroCross show on SMCC’s custom built track. Ride boldly in routes created by the locals of SMCC who know the nuggets of epic riding spots, inside and out – stunning lush forests, narrow bridges, sand crossings, beautiful views at high elevations, never-ending gravel and rock trails.
Whether you’re a novice or an off-road expert, 160 miles have been mapped out in a self-led GPS ride catered to each skill level. Informative seminars from pro racers will teach off-road riding techniques so the riders can confidently tackle the varied Pennsylvanian terrain. Scrumptious regional cuisine will be provided for all meals during the event including a succulent pig roast catered by World’s Fare Catering. There will be prize giveaways by RevZilla, Icon, Akrapovic, Trail Tech, Tour USA and an auction to further donate to the SMCC cause.
