2012 Isle of Man TT
Bad weather is nothing unusual during the Isle of Man TT races. And although inclement conditions usually delay races, Friday’s festivities were canceled due to wet conditions.
The Isle of Man’s Clerk of the Course made the announcement around 9:30 a.m. local time, and the final day of racing is now scheduled for Saturday, June 9, on the 37.73-mile Mountain Course.
Officials say the BikerPetition.co.uk Lightweight TT has been rescheduled for 10.45 a.m. local time, followed by the the Monster Energy MotoGP parade lap and the blue riband PokerStars Senior TT.
