2012 Triumph Speed Triple R | Quick Look

2012 Triumph Motorcycle

Taking the Speed Triple that was updated last year and pumping up the volume, the 2012 Triumph Speed Triple R adds a number of premium components to the mix.

Up front, the R gets Öhlins NIX30 43mm forks, as well as a TTX36 rear shock.

Five-spoke forged aluminum wheels from PVM save 3.7 pounds of unsprung weight, four-piston radial Brembo monobloc calipers increase braking performance, and there’s an optional ABS system available that can be switched on and off.

Taking the appearance to the extremes, the Speed Triple R will be available in either Phantom Black or Crystal White.
