FASTEST, the long-awaited follow up to the MotoGP documentary FASTER by filmmaker Mark Neale, will have its Bay Area premiere at the Embarcadero Center Cinema, in San Francisco, California at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011.
FASTEST stars Valentino Rossi, Ben Spies, Marco Simoncelli, Jorge Lorenzo and Colin Edwards, in a spectacular documentary charting the thrills, spills and highlights of the 2010 MotoGP World Championship series.
Valentino Rossi strives to win his eighth premier class World Championship, fighting off the young guns of Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies, Dani Pedrosa and Casey Stoner in an amazing season of racing, capped off by Lorenzo’s championship.
Hosted by the Dainese D-Store San Franciscoand Asphalt & Rubber, the FASTEST premiere will be shown at 1 Embarcadero Center at the Embarcadero Center Cinema. After successful showings throughout the country, there are expectations of a sold out event.
Tickets will be available online or at the box office for $10.50. All proceeds will go to Riders for Health, an international non-profit organization that provides motorcycles (and rider safety and maintenance) to healthcare workers in Africa.
