Below is the full off-track entertainment line-up for the AirAsia British Grand Prix to be held on June 18th to the 20th of 2010.

Riders for Health – a charity renowned for their aid work in Africa – will be holding the 2010 Day of Champions at Silverstone on Thursday 17 June. For fans of motorcycle racing it is a highlight of the calendar, offering a host of entertainment and access to anexclusive MotoGP auction attended by the MotoGP riders! Silverstone will hold LIVE concerts every night of the event, at the Arena stage. On Friday evening enjoy a performance from Stolen ID, while on Saturday night there will be on-stage appearances from all MotoGP Riders along with music from Jamie Whitham’s band ‘The Po Boys’, The Clicks and Marner Brown. MotoGP fans attending race-day can see ‘Some Velvet Mornings’ and ‘The New Machine’ (a Pink Floyd Tribute band).

Introducing all ages to the motorcycle world, the Get On! Experience Zone at Silverstone (18-20 June) will provide free motorcycle and scooter rides, along withadvice from qualified trainers. Other activities include the MotoX off-road schoolprovided by Suzuki for children aged 11 years and over, and the Enduro off-road schoolfor experienced adults. 5-11 year olds can enjoy Honda’s ‘My First Licence’ sessions.

Silverstone has also announced that the England v Algeria World Cup match on Friday 18 June (19:30hrs) will be shown LIVE on a giant screen inside the circuit. Following an action-packed day of MotoGP practice, sports fans will be able to keep up with all the latest football action from South Africa whilst at the Arena Complex.

Air displays are always popular, with MotoGP spectators being treated to The Parachute Regiment Freefall Team’s The Red Devils, the Blades aerobatic team and a Typhoon air display. Watch the skies above Silverstone during the weekend to witness our nation’s top airborne daredevils in action.

The Red Bull Pro Nationals motocross series, Red Bull X-Fighters, trials legend Dougie Lampkin and the UK’s premier stunt rider Craig Jones will also be wowing the crowds throughout the weekend at Silverstone. This is all on top of the on-track action from MotoGP, Moto2, 125cc and the full line-up of support races.

For younger members of the family there will be plenty to do with funfair rides and bungee trampolines at the circuit, along with the option of helicopter pleasure flights.

To ensure ease of access to the circuit during the MotoGP weekend Silverstone will beimplementing a one way traffic management system on the Dadford Road for inbound traffic only on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event.
