D-Store SF Event: Bikers for Barkers

Biker Cause

Bikers for Barkers is hosting its first fundraising event to benefit two California dog rescue groups, Rocket Dog Rescue and Hearts for Hounds.

This affair will take place on Saturday, June 12th, 2010 at the Dainese D-Store San Francisco at 131 South Van Ness from 6:30 to 10pm.

Tickets are a $20 donation which includes one raffle ticket to various prizes, an opportunity to bid on multiple auction items, live entertainment, DJ Andre Lucero, $2 refreshments, and vegan delights. This is a people event, we ask attendees to please leave your pets at home.

Bikers for Barkers was started by a group of motorcycle enthusiasts inspired to help with the rescue of dogs in danger of being euthanized.

Bikers for Barkers believe this exceptional occasion will allow the motorcycle and pet owner communities to come together to offer their financial assistance by participating in an auction that includes everything from treats for motorcyclists to treats for your pets-and quite the variety in between.

Attendees may bid on a unique assortment of items and services including tickets to MotoGP at Laguna Seca, Day of Stars tickets hosted by Riders for Health, Paco Collars, Teatro Zinzanni, a night at the Lotus Lake House, Kabuki Hot Springs, tattoo time from several local artists, gift baskets for your pooch, and lots more from Leo Vince, Scuderia West, Eagle Rider, SF Magazine, Go Car, Zip Car, Madmaps, Glam-a-rama, La Moto Wine, Rescue Chocolate, Joie De Vive Hotels, and the Red and White fleet.
